About Crystal Pace
Crystal is a psychotherapist specializing in trauma, codependency, anxiety, and eating disorders and maintains a small private practice in West Little Rock, Arkansas.
She is Level 1 Trained IFS, EMDR II, Brainspotting, and holds a certification in Complex Trauma Level I & II with Janina Fisher. Crystal has specialized training in “Rewiring the Anxious Brain” and is a Certified Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP).
Crystal is trained in Pia Mellody’s Post Induction Therapy Model used at the Meadows in Wickenburg, AZ. This model treats childhood trauma and developmental immaturity caused from childhood wounds, codependency, and relational patterns often leading to the love addiction/love avoidance dynamic.
She is trained in CBT-E for eating disorders, attends the International Association for Eating Disorder Professionals (IAEDP) symposium, and holds a position on the Board of the Eating Disorder Coalition of Arkansas.
With a dual Masters in both Social Work and Human Resource Management, Crystal is well positioned to help those folks struggling professionally. She is Certified in TeleMental Health & Digital Ethics.
Crystal celebrates diversity and is passionate about working with all gender identities, sexual orientations and preferences. She believes in generational trauma and collective racial trauma, and she strives to continue to educate herself on ways she can decolonize therapy.
